This document governs all usage and states all information required to be a patron of the Blue Eagle Company family of networked websites. This document holds true for BlueEagleCo.com, rctmKH.com, DJDCer.com, and any other affiliated networked website under Blue Eagle Co.'s domain stressed or implied. This document is subject to change without notice at any time for any reason. Users must read, understand, and accept all of the information in this document before using any networked or affiliated Blue Eagle Company networked website.

1. The Blue Eagle Company Terms of Use

By using BlueEagleCo.com, rctmKH.com, DJDCer.com, and/or any other affiliated networked website under Blue Eagle Co.'s domain stressed or implied, you agree to the following terms:

1A. You accept all networked websites "as is" with no guarantee of quality.

1B. You accept all errors such as, but not limited to, broken links, missing media, and missing or incomplete pages.

1C. You agree to adhere to all posted rules and regulations stated on any network site unless otherwise specified in this document.

1D. You agree that the Blue Eagle Company has no responsibility for its websites and does not and cannot be prosecuted for any foul content

such as, but not limited to, profane language, racial slurs, public opinions stressed or implied, or otherwise.

1E. You agree to waive your right to prosecute the Blue Eagle Company for any reason whatsoever.

1F. You agree that the Blue Eagle Company has the right to ban any user for any reason from any or all of its networked websites and take

authoritative action against any user for not following any stressed or implied rules in this document or on a networked website.

1G. You agree to all of the written information in this document.

1H. The views of guests or registered members, written, displayed or implied does not necessarily represent the views or the Blue Eagle Company,

its staff, or its owners.

2. The Blue Eagle Company Privacy Policy

The Blue Eagle Company does not collect private information for the use of buying or selling of that information. The Blue Eagle Company does not engage in profile sharing with other members, employees, or otherwise. The Blue Eagle Company does not make any guarantees of a total safeguard of any personal information; however, the Blue Eagle Company does take precautions to keep personal information personal. The Blue Eagle Company does not send any information about any service it may offer to any email address unless otherwise wanted or specified. Spam and advertisements are not used ever on Blue Eagle Company networked websites. The Blue Eagle Company will never ask for your personal information unless otherwise needed to complete an application, service, or signup.

4. d.a.cerone Designs Applicant Policy

Before requesting or agreeing to any service from d.a.cerone Designs, each applicant must read and agree to these policies:

4A. Applications for d.a.cerone services are generally answered within 3-4 business days.

4B. d.a.cerone will not give clients a quote upon their first email and greater detail may be

required before their aspirations can be accomplished.

4C. d.a.cerone reserves the right to deny any application upon initial review for any reason without consulting the project holder.

4D. You agree to provide d.a.cerone Designs any required information during the design process.

4E. You agree to give d.a.cerone Designs notice before canceling a project build or quote.

4F. You agree to pay in full for all services, design aspects, or otherwise that was or will be done for your website. You understand that failure to

entirely pay in the allotted time of ten days after project completion, unless otherwise specified (based on payment plan), may be subject to

prosecution and punishment to the full extent of the law.

5. d.a.cerone Designs Design Policy

All sites built by d.a.cerone Designs are tailored to a clients individual needs as best as can be provided. d.a.cerone Designs does not stress nor imply a one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee but does guarantee craftsmanship. d.a.cerone Designs commits itself to a project once the first payment has been received or if a partial payment (based on the payment plan) has been received. d.a.cerone Designs will finish any project given to them as long as d.a.cerone Designs accepts the project, receives payments, and is both financially capable and is able to complete the project with its knowledge of web design. In the event of a project termination by d.a.cerone Designs during creation, a refund is given in the amount that the client has paid and the custom project is deleted. In the event of a project termination by the client during creation, d.a.cerone Designs will keep the payments that have already been paid as business damages. If there it is less than five days from the next payment installment when a termination occurs, d.a.cerone Designs will require that the client pay the final installment. Applicants who apply for a web site design and receive a website for a discount or free are required to keep the d.a.cerone Designs logo on their site as set in the original template. If the applicant wishes to remove this logo and other d.a.cerone Designs paraphernalia, applicants will be charged a $75 removal fee. Clients must change the d.a.cerone Designs logo if or when the d.a.cerone Design logo changes within 30 days of notice.
