Blue Eagle Company Terms of Service

SECTION 1- Identification and Personal Expression
For your own safety online, you should be cautious on what personal information you post online along side your file. You should never tell others your location even if the user seems trustworthy. What you write to describe yourself is your responsibility and not necessarily the view of Blue Eagle. Blue Eagle will not delete or modify your description in any way unless we find it is in the best interest to remove your description for the sake of others. Any personal information that you submit to Blue Eagle is not shared inside the community without proper justification or alerting the user first.

SECTION 2- Blue Eagle Co. Policy
Blue Eagle is not responsible for your personal information submitted to us. We do however protect your information from hacking, data mining, or other security breaches. If these protection barriers are breached, Blue Eagle is in no way responsible for your information being stolen or lost. Your information is used for purposes which does not include the selling, buying, or leasing of information to other 3rd party companies. Blue Eagle may however track your contributions to better market our company and improve the customer experience on Blue Eagle or any other Blue Eagle division or subdivision. If we find it in our best interest and yours to contact you regarding a comment made or a file posted, we reserve the right to email you.
 

SECTION 3- End User Agreement
You, the end user, cannot use any Blue Eagle networked forum to spam. If any forums are spammed, the poster will be banned from the board entirely after just 1 serious offence. You agree to accept all pages listed as they are and are required to understand that some text is not a view shared by Blue Eagle, networked sites, or an affiliate. You may use this site for personal use only. For all inquiries pertaining to obtaining a download of any sort of content on Blue Eagle that is not specified as a download, must be requested via the contact page on Blue Eagle. Copyrights are in place for may objects on Blue Eagle. For information on this, see below.

SECTION 4- Creative Commons License
THE WORK (AS DEFINED BELOW) IS PROVIDED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS CREATIVE COMMONS PUBLIC LICENSE ("CCPL" OR "LICENSE"). THE WORK IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAW. ANY USE OF THE WORK OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS LICENSE IS PROHIBITED. BY EXERCISING ANY RIGHTS TO THE WORK PROVIDED HERE, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. 8. Miscellaneous.

All companies that are listed under the acknowledgements (displayed on the bottom of each page) are entitled to or have copyrighted content on Blue Eagle. In no way does Blue Eagle sell or buy copyrighted material that is not otherwise permitted. However, Blue Eagle is not responsible for copyright infringements that are committed by users. Users are expected to understand and respect copyright laws set by 3rd party companies, Blue Eagle, and it's affiliates. Blue Eagle DOES NOT REPRESENT 3RD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS OR OTHER COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL POSTED OR OTHERWISE DISPLAYED ON THIS SITE. The design of pictures used are sole property of the creator and thereby the representation lies with this creator. Blue Eagle may not react to or acknowledge copyright material uploaded to any Blue Eagle section in rare case scenarios.

SECTION 6- Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement is punishable by law and can lead to exceedingly high penalties depending on the case and severity of the broken law. ALL VIOLATORS CAUGHT MAY BE BANNED FROM OUR SERVICES AND THIS SITE AS OF THE DATE THE VIOLATION WAS FOUND.
